Brasa Roja

Family-run Latin grill. Real wood fire, since day one.

Sunday fire, every day.

Hector and Marisol Reyes grew up around their grandparents’ backyard parrilla, where Sunday meant a fire lit at dawn and the whole street invited by noon.

In 2014 they brought that fire to Prince George: a split-oak grill, Abuela Rosa’s recipes, and a dining room big enough for everyone’s cousins. Hector still lights the fire every morning. Their kids run the floor.
